Processing Parameters
All acquisitions undergo rigorous quality control prior to dispatch. Standard processing requires 1-2 business days. Bespoke or modified artifacts may require an additional 5-7 business days for atelier finalization. You will receive a dispatch notification once your object has cleared inspection.
Domestic Logistics
For deliveries within our primary operating territory, we offer expedited courier services. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days, while express logistics guarantee next-day delivery in major metropolitan zones. Complimentary express shipping is automatically applied to acquisitions exceeding INR 150,000.
International Dispatch
Maison Pitbull operates a global logistics network. International deliveries typically span 5-10 business days depending on the destination and local customs procedures. We partner exclusively with premium international couriers to ensure the security of your artifact in transit.
Duties & Tariffs
For international clients, please note that all acquisitions are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The recipient holds sole responsibility for all import duties, customs tariffs, and local taxes levied by the destination country. Refusal to pay these charges will result in the package being returned, with round-trip shipping costs deducted from the refund.
Tracking & Security
Every dispatched package is fully insured up to its maximum valuation and requires a direct signature upon delivery. We do not authorize unattended drop-offs. You may monitor the real-time trajectory of your package via the cryptographic tracking link provided in your dispatch notification.
