Returns & Restoration

The Return Window
We accept returns for unworn, unaltered garments within 14 days of delivery. The structural integrity of the object must remain uncompromised, and all original tags, authenticity cards, and protective packaging must be included in their original state.
Non-Returnable Artifacts
Certain objects are final sale due to their intimate nature or bespoke construction. This includes bespoke tailoring, modified garments, undergarments, and limited-edition archive releases. Such items are distinctly marked as final sale during the acquisition process.
Initiation Protocol
To initiate a return, you must contact our concierge service. You will be provided with an authorized return dossier and a prepaid shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization will be rejected at the atelier doors.
Refund Processing
Upon receipt and rigorous inspection of the returned garment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Funds will be returned to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping tariffs are non-refundable.
Lifetime Restoration
Maison Pitbull artifacts are built to endure. Should your garment require structural reinforcement or aesthetic restoration after years of wear, our atelier provides comprehensive repair services. Contact our concierge to arrange an assessment.
